Holly, your pic takes me back to my childhood when I had to help hang the clothes and bring them in. I still love the smell of cloths off the line. I have never owned a clothesline but feel I have gone full circle since you now have one!!
Mel, how do you start your movie love fest or love movie fest at 11 AM on a Friday? What about school? Are you snowed in? What movies do you recommend? I need suggestions since I am watching Fox and finishing your quilt.
school is out for pres. day and Great White in the shop so we are stuck in Alpharetta having a lovefest. Today we love movies (watched project runway and julie & julia with girls, boys played star wars wii)
tomorrow we love the house - not so fun for the kids :)
the girls will now have a common memory. It was so fun yesterday hanging the clothes out with Vinny. It turned into a fun game of tag through the clothes. Still not a light saber war but I'm getting closer.
Finding themselves 18 hours and half a world apart, the sisters stay connected through a single photo from their day
Sister 1 - Holly
Holly begins her day in Invercargill, New Zealand 18 hours earlier than Mel. She recently moved as far away from Georgia as humanly possible with nothing but 100 pounds of luggage and her family. She is excited to explore her new home, see new stars and use the metric system.
Sister 2 - Mel
Mel's adventure remains in Atlanta where she continues to pursue her big ideas and hopes to visit New Zealand this year for her own photo ops.
